“Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” – Colossians 3:13
Holding onto grudges is like carrying a heavy backpack everywhere you go—it slows you down, wears you out, and keeps you from moving forward. In today’s culture, canceling people is the go-to response when they mess up. But what if God canceled you every time you fell short?
God’s grace is bigger than our mistakes, and He calls us to extend that same grace to others. Forgiveness doesn’t mean what they did was okay—it means you’re choosing to be free from the weight of resentment.
Prayer: Lord, help me to release the hurt and forgive those who have wronged me. Give me the strength to extend grace the way You extend it to me. Amen.
